As a key player in our Customer Support team, you'll research and analyze feedback, effectively communicate with customers, and spot opportunities for improvement.

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (Must be open to work some weekends) Pay:
$20-$23/hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Customer Support job responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the customer experience.
Effectively comprehend and communicate customer needs and requests.
Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and propose improvements.
Professionally address consumer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and phone.
Gather necessary information efficiently to meet customer requirements.
Provide accurate and effective guidance to customers in resolving their issues.
Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve and maintain the overall customer experience.
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in managing tasks, ensuring timely completion with high quality.
Display the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum Skills and
Experience:
2 years of Customer Support.
1 year of Zendesk or CRM system.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of ecommerce is highly desired.
Basic understanding of restricted items and compliance.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Reliable multi-tasker with a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail, as well as the ability to align to a larger strategy.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Maintain a poise and respond in a professional manner to all situations.
