As the Unit Director of Nursing (RN), you will play an integral role in ensuring top-quality clinical operations that align with our strategic goals.
Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering compassionate care, driving compliance with regulations, and spearheading quality initiatives.
Oversee clinical service administration positions and provide essential support to nursing staff.
Plan and direct the nursing service department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and state regulations.
Maintain nursing policies, procedures, and reference materials to guide staff in daily operations.
Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for holistic care.
Provide oversight of an 80 bed unit Participate in surveys and inspections by regulatory agencies.
Help cultivate a culture of quality improvement within the facility.
Assure sufficient staffing levels in compliance with state guidelines.
Maintain a respectful and professional environment for residents, families, and staff.
Implement emergency procedures as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements EDUCATION:

S.
in Nursing (Registered Nurse)
Experience:
At least two years of experience in direct patient care, including leadership roles in long-term care.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona.
Current BLS certification.
Must maintain licensure and have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
