Who We're Looking For Are you organized and detail-oriented? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a versatile individual to assist our optical lab and returns team.
In this hybrid role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by handling both optical lens production and product returns efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Do Optical Lab:
Operate and maintain optical equipment for lens edging and prescription fulfillment.
Assemble and fit lenses into frames based on customer orders.
Perform final inspections on eyewear to ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of lenses, frames, and other optical supplies.
Returns:
Assist in processing customer returns accurately and promptly.
Inspect returned products for quality and compliance.
Record and document return reasons and any product defects.
Coordinate with the warehouse manager to restock returned items.
What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an optical lab or similar setting preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or returns role preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with computer software related to optical lab operations and returns processing.
