This Full Time position is for someone that has great customer service and communication skills.
Daily
Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business Following company policies and procedures Using multiple computer applications to access information Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the manager for resolution Processing new business and renewals Reviewing accounts and making changes as needed Uses proper telephone, chat, email and social etiquette.
Properly greets and communicates with customers.
Ability to work closely with Account Managers Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, retail or restaurant is preferred Excellent with follow-up and deadlines Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers Strong verbal communication Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task Professional appearance and demeanor English/Spanish bilingual is a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
