AM Maintenance Engineer
Are you known as the Jack or Jill of all trades?Do you enjoy working in a family environment and not feel like a number?Do you want to spend Christmas at home with your family?The grass IS greener here at The Country Club at DC Ranch!We are searching for a Full-Time AM Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical areas of the club facility and grounds to ensure operation at top efficiency and ensuring the club facilities and grounds are always neat, clean, and presentable.
This would be a perfect position for someone who enjoys an active work environment and is able to work well both independently and corporately.

certifications/licenses Must have previous experience working as a maintenance engineer or a similar role Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines, plumbing, HVAC systems, refrigeration and high-pressure misting systems, electrical and carpentry skills required Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Valid driver's license required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive is a plus, but we will provide you with the training you need as well! Range of PayBased on candidate experienceSchedule Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, holidays as necessary Typical shift for AM Maintenance Engineer is 6:
