Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:
Engage with members / guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner at arrival and upon departure.
Practice and promote name recognition.
Assist members / guests with all pre and post round needs including; bag receiving / loading, cleaning golf clubs, and bag return.
Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course.
This includes club utility vehicles.
Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility areas.
Aid members / guests with any additional special requests.
Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and related events.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
Attend mandatory golf meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:
One month related experience or training.

Regular and reliable attendance.
