Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! Our Service Advisors help our customers get the most out of their vehicle ownership experience by advising of necessary maintenance and repairs to keep their car running like new. As a Service Advisor at Chapman, you'll own the client experience from the moment they arrive in the service lane to the completion of services. The Service Advisor will work closely with customers and technicians, and reports to the Service Management team. What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service Desired Qualifications and
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of previous automotive service advisor/writer experience is required Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone General computer skills are essential Strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Hours and Work Environment Our Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above. This is an onsite position, and requires working both indoors and outdoors in the Service Drive. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
