We help keep the attorney firms organized, and we need YOUR help to keep us organized! As a legal office assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Duties may include lots of data entry, answering the phones, preparing outgoing mail, merging PDFs, proofing documents for accuracy, copying, scanning and filing, as well as other general office needs.
Most of the tasks will be taught on-site, so not a ton of background knowledge is necessary, but the correct personality fit for this position is very important to us since we want you to hang around for a while.
We need someone with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to multitask while doing monotonous tasks.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable administrative, corporate, and legal experience, while supporting a professional family.
