The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating ground-up construction project costs.
Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
Construction Experience is required.
## Duties - Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for ground-up construction projects - Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor and material requirements - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates - Review and compare subcontractor and supplier bids - Develop detailed proposals and submit bids to clients - Monitor project costs throughout the construction process - Utilize construction estimating software such as Xactimate, Symbility.
## Qualifications - Proven experience in construction estimating and project management - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods - Ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively - Proficiency in cost control and budget management - Familiarity with Construction Management software is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and a passion for construction estimating, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
