Hands-On Facility Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of 3 family-owned homes and 1 office, including the maintenance, and cleanliness of all building systems.
Your skills will be utilized to ensure the upkeep and additional related services are maintained on a regular basis.
Pay will be depended on experience.
Duties Include:
- Clean & maintain all areas requested by homeowner.
- Power wash outside flooring/decking.
- Clean outside furniture, windows, balconies and trellises.
- Window wiping/cleanliness.
- Complete similar inside tasks requested by homeowners or assistant.

assembling delivered furniture, moving heavy objects, being present when service companies arrive/need direction).
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building systems.
- Occasionally take care of homeowners animals(dogs) while they are traveling.
- May assist daily cleaners for such related tasks, etc.
Requirements:
- Background check.
- Clean driver's license.
- Physically fit preferred (position will be required to occasionally lift/move heavy objects, and use ladders to get to high spaces).
- Approximately 30-40 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel to 3 different homes, with company vehicle provided.
- Must be dog-friendly.
- Bi-Lingual Preferred.
