Belt is seeking a vibrant, driven, and dynamic individual to join our Scottsdale, Arizona-based team as an Assistant Brand Manager & Production Coordinator.
We're a leading Men's and Women's High-End Accessory Design House specializing in belts, socks, and eyewear.

Position Overview:
In this role, you'll work closely with our Brand Managers, supporting the production team and managing essential day-to-day operations.
From materials handling to sales oversight and online presence management, you'll be involved in real projects that shape our brand's future.
This position is ideal for someone with a sales-oriented mindset, a commitment to quality, and an eagerness to learn and contribute.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in production tasks, including machine operation, material handling, gluing, and assembly.
Maintain and grow relationships with current customers and identify opportunities for expansion.
Manage website updates and support social media efforts.
Prepare for and attend trade shows, representing U.
S.
Belt with professionalism.
Collaborate with the Brand Manager and production team to meet seasonal objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication with clients.
Embrace a hands-on approach to tasks and contribute to our positive work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer relations focus.
Enthusiastic with a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail.
Comfortable working with various materials, including leather and final products.
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including extended standing and occasional heavy lifting.
