Our team is passionate about every detail, from initial design to final build, and we are looking for a driven Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced office.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the construction management team and office staff.
Manage schedules, appointments, and communications, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Prepare and organize documents, including contracts, permits, and client records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist with tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project updates between clients, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain and manage general office organization.
Ensure timely submission of project documents, building permits, and other regulatory requirements.
Support project coordination, including tracking deadlines, material orders, and contractor schedules.
Assist in preparing client presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in residential construction, or home building environment is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Experience in supporting multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent (an associate's degree in business administration or related field is preferred).
