We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

You'll assist with everything from shipping and packing to mailbox services and printing, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assess their needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by helping with shipping, packing, mailbox services, printing solutions, and more.
Accurately process sales transactions using our Point of Sale system.
Handle packages, weigh and label them for shipment, and assist customers in managing their shipping needs.
Assist with digital fingerprinting services.
Assist with printing, faxing, and copying services.
Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization by restocking shelves and ensuring displays are tidy.
Perform end-of-day tasks, including cash reconciliation and processing payments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
Basic computer skills and comfort with using POS systems, Gmail, scanning, and other software.

Availability to work Saturdays regularly.
Notary experience is a plus but not required (must be willing to become a notary if eligible).
