Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
Support multilingual customers by communicating effectively in their preferred language when applicable.
Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
Experience in outbound calling is a plus.
Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and best practices for handling customer calls.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
Experience working in a call center environment is an advantage.
