We're an e-commerce startup located in Scottsdale, Arizona that sells men's activewear and casual clothing.
Our products integrate unique patterns from around the world while using premium fabrics and modern designs.
We're looking for a detail-oriented person who wants to have a hand in running a small business and is tired of being a cog in a large corporate wheel.
The role will be part time and will consist of the following responsibilities to start, but will have room for promotions as we continue to grow exponentially each year.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Review and print shipping labels for customer orders.
Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
This includes picking order items, packing them up for shipment, and writing notes for loyal customers.
Organize inventory, receive shipments, stock for shipping.
Review, process, and restock returns and exchanges.
Keep everything in the warehouse neat and ready to go for the next day.
We do not use any large machinery in our warehouse.
Respond to customers through our customer success portal.
Answer questions, treat customers like friends, and keep them happy.
WHY WORK HERE? You don't have to interface with the public.
No crazy customers coming around.
Plus, you can wear whatever you want.
Just throw on some headphones and get to work.
Low stress environment.
No giant warehouse, large machinery, or tons of coworker personalities to get along with.
There's 1-3 of us easy going folks in the warehouse at any given time bumping tunes and getting our steps in as we fulfill customer orders and keep the warehouse organized.

You can really wear just about anything you want here.
Wear jeans and sneakers or shorts and a hoodie, we don't care.
We just ask that you leave open-toed shoes at home.
Listen to podcasts and music all day.
These are solitary tasks that are perfect for working with headphones in once you get up to speed and are meeting expectations.
If you love alone time and the zen of repetitive tasks you'll love this job.
This is a fairly easy job to learn and do well.
We start at $16-$20/hour and have plenty of room for growth depending on what you're interested in working on.
We give raises based on performance.
No time-based raises structured around putting in your time.
Want a raise in the first few months? Want a 25% raise a year from now? Both are possible if you take the time to excel at your job, learn a new skill, or take on additional responsibilities needed for our business.
Being on the ground floor of a fast growing startup.

Technical enough to understand basic shipping software, Google drive, Google spreadsheets, Google docs, Shopify, etc.
Integrity in your work and honesty:
We want people who are honest about their work, are not afraid to admit to mistakes, and are intentional about learning from mistakes.
Internal motivation:
You always do your best.
You set goals for yourself and make sure to hit them.
You are consistent and always trying to improve.
Ability to commit core procedures to memory.
We'll provide detailed training to start, but the right candidate for this position should be autonomous and able to work without close supervision after a few weeks on the job.
Previous warehousing and shipping experience is a plus, but not required for this job.
Physical Stamina:
This job is relatively active and is mostly done on one's feet.
You don't need to be an Olympic-level athlete, but if you're very easily winded or otherwise physically exhausted by minimal exertion, this isn't the job for you.
You must be able to spend up to 100% of working time on your feet and pick up 50lbs boxes overhead.

$16 -$20 per hour Part-time availability 10 - 15 hours per week depending on availability and skillset.

4-8 hours per day during Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (flexible) No nights or weekends required, but can be optional if interested.
