Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Public Affairs and Public Relations Manager to spearhead our investor relations, community engagement, media production, and special events initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator with a passion for building relationships and producing impactful media content that resonates with our audience.Key
Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
Manage all aspects of investor communication, including preparing for board meetings, maintaining correspondence with current and potential investors, and representing the company at key meetings. Community Relations:
Strengthen our connection with the community by leading and executing initiatives that align with our mission. Engage with local organizations and stakeholders to foster partnerships and enhance our community presence. Media Production:
Oversee the production of our VODcasts and podcast series as the executive producer. Ensure content is compelling, aligned with our brand, and effectively reaches our target audience, particularly working mothers aged 50-65. Special Events:
Plan and execute high-profile events, including our annual conference, IMSA racing marketing events, and regional quarterly media days. Manage all logistical, promotional, and operational aspects to deliver memorable and impactful events. Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field; Proven experience in public affairs, public relations, or a similar role, with a focus on investor relations, community engagement, and media production; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences; Strong organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines; Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building; Experience in event planning and execution, with the ability to oversee large-scale and high-profile events; Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives; Implement branding strategies to enhance market visibility and promote a positive brand image; Build and maintain strong relationships with outside organizations, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and expectations; Act as the main point of contact for community feedback, addressing/escalating concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction; Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional development and growth; Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of public affairs strategies campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly; Present regular performance reports to the executive team, outlining key metrics and insights; Identify and present strategic partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of our services; Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners to drive mutual success of our missions; Required Skills:

This position manages employees from time to time both directly and indirectly and may be responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the Business Operation and MarCom department(s).This job operates in a mix of home/professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to lift office products occasionally and supplies up to 20 pounds.Position Type & Expected Hours of Work:
