First Impressions Matter:
Greet and welcome guests with poise, warmth, and enthusiasm, creating an immediate positive connection and setting the tone for their visit.
Efficient Order Taking & Delivery:
Use the Toast POS system to take beverage orders accurately and quickly, ensuring drinks are delivered in a timely manner with attention to presentation.
Expert Beverage Recommendations:
Engage with guests to suggest thoughtful drink pairings and enhance their experience, using your knowledge of our beverage menu and unique offerings.
Ensure Guest Satisfaction:
Regularly check in with guests to ensure they're enjoying their experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain the Ambiance:
Ensure that both the bar and dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked, helping to uphold the elegant and vibrant atmosphere of the lounge.
Collaborate with the Team:
Work seamlessly with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide a smooth and efficient service during both peak and off-peak hours.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in an upscale, trendy, or fine dining setting.
Personal Brand:
