Responsibilities Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Agency's programs, policies and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by Alumus. Assist department directors in their departmental level efforts. Interpret the Agency's policies and procedures to associates, patients, family members, government agencies, etc., as necessary and ensure that those policies and procedures are followed. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures governing the management and control of protected health information (e.g., assignment/use of passwords, unauthorized use/release of protected health information, etc.) Prepare an annual operating budget for approval by the governing board and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of the Agency. Review and interpret monthly financial statements and provide such information to Alumus Corporate. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university; OR is a licensed physician; OR a registered nurse Has experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program Benefits o Pay $110,000.00-135,000.00 annually o Comprehensive benefits coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, with 401(k) with match. o On Demand Pay - work a shift get paid the same day! o Employee Referral Bonus Program o Flexible Schedule o Tuition Assistance EEO Alumus is an equal opportunity employer. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
