Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed.
Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and trash removal.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
Ability to lift and move items as necessary during the cleaning process.
A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and techniques as required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
