Business Unit Manager

Broad leadership role with significant cross-functional responsibilities, overseeing Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service of a 300 employee operation.
The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring team alignment with corporate objectives, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key focuses will include improving production efficiency, overseeing PCB/PCBA manufacturing operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degreeStrong manufacturing operations experience including significant leadership/management responsibilityRecent, hands on experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), CM (Contract Manufacturing) or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)Deep experience working directly with customers and developing customer relationshipsSix Sigma Black Belt Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Electronics Electronics Manufacturing Engineering Apply to this job.
