Business Ops Analyst
Possible Temp to Hire. The candidate will be supporting a local team in AZ and they will have receptionist back up duties when the receptionist is off to lunch or on vacation.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Utilizing a variety of well-developed organizational and project management skills, incumbent is responsible for providing sales process support and reporting analysis for a defined sales district (s). Uses sound judgment, in the application of general business principles and demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties. Achieves a high degree of familiarity with and in-depth knowledge of field/headquarters policies and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Compile daily, weekly and monthly sales forecast, booking and revenue reports. Reconcile and analyze reports for accuracy.
o Tracks, reconciles and reports all forecast, booking and billing numbers for sales managers. Validates accuracy of information
o Maintains accuracy of reports and lead tracking system. Research and report all discrepancies in sales figures.
o Process and track all sales orders.
o Act as liaison between sales, allocations, finance and shipping to ensure orders are booked, shipped and billed correctly. Facilitates communications with other field organizations when necessary.
o Coordinates, plans and participates in sales
manager
meetings and conference calls. Prepares presentations for sales meetings.
o Arrange conference calls, schedule meetings and assist with travel arrangements and general office maintenance, including phone coverage, maintaining customer order files, organizational charts and phone lists. Acclimate, train and may act as mentor to new employees. Communicates Sales Logistic and procedural changes, specific to Sales Operations.
