includes but not limited to :
Inbound /outbound calls - Customer Service
Logistics planning and management of oversea accounts/relationships
Checking and double checking route/shipment/account information
Electronic submission and reporting - accurate Data Entry - ability to learn internal system
Checking on and managing current clients and customer orders
Track arrivals and shipments - ability to follow up and connect the dots
Ability to work with the Inbound Documentation Department as part of a team but work independently and take ownership
Requirements:
At least 1 year of Customer Service/Phone experience
Detail Oriented and ability to learn company system - Strong
computer

March through August - 40 hours a week - $14 per hourEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
