The Executive Administrative Assistant provides a variety of advanced secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Executive Committee and other senior leadership and functional unit staff.


Makes travel, lodging and associated reservations. Prepares, submits and coordinates travel and expense reports.
Arranges venues for meetings and conferences, coordinates catering and equipment needed for meeting. Prepares agendas, transcribes and distributes minutes of committees and meetings.
Performs complex, diversified and specialized secretarial/administrative work for CEO, Executive Committee or functional unit staff. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Provides administrative support including but not limited to: greeting guests, answering, screening and directing telephone calls, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, gathering essential information and provide assistance to internal and external customers.
Sets up and maintains complex and often confidential files, databases, records and schedules. Copies and collates materials for distribution and/or records storage.
Coordinates or prepares a wide variety of complex financial and operational reports, letters, memorandums, etc.; may include compiling statistical data.
Performs other duties upon request.


Associate's Degree in business, administration or a related field.
Five years administrative/secretarial experience with at least 2 years in a corporate work environment.
Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of NetSuite and/or CRM database software preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
