We have 3 positions we need to fill for our client starting March 5th.
This position requires an effective communicator who enjoys people contact and has proven expertise in delivering exceptional client service that builds and restores trust and confidence. This is an in-bound customer service position. Using their keen insight into people and refined soft skills this position is able to proficiently handle a high volume of prospective and current client incoming phone calls and walk-ins who need guidance regarding non-traditional investment transactions. The Client Care Specialist helps prospects and clients gain an understanding of the self-directed IRA transaction process by sharing knowledge that coaches them on both the what's and the why's of the step by step process for their desired investment. This position serves an initial contact for clients educating them on the Company's processes and procedures, directing them to online transaction aids, and then transitioning the prospect or client to the appropriate team member for further follow up. Client Care Specialists must be able to communicate knowledge with confidence, work with a sales mentality, possess a friendly and cooperative personality, be able to quickly learn new software systems, and be focused on client satisfaction and retention.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
