Professional Employment Solutions is seeking a Staffing Specialist with proven success for business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
The Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for:
Sales and business development
Develop and your client base by marketing our services for temporary, project and/or full-time staffing solutions.
Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and maintaining existing client relationships.
Negotiate pricing with clients.
Recruiting
Recruit top talent in the discipline you recruit for (Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Healthcare, Legal, Information Technology)
Provide consistent contact with candidates and building long term relationships with those individuals
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain consistent contact with clients and candidates currently on assignments
Resolve and troubleshoot any customer service issues.
Marketing and Networking
Create a strong presence in the local marketplace through networking
Hit targets, goals and objectives set in place by management
Requirements
College Experience - 4 year degree preferred

years business to business experience
Self motivated to succeed
Ability to succeed in a competitive environment
