Responsibilities
The Installed Market Specialist is responsible for all buyback sales to lubricant and functional fluid
installers within a defined territory, including; quick lubes, car dealers, automotive repair chains, and
service facilities. They must be able to consistently grow profitable business by concurrently prospecting,
creating marketing campaigns, maintaining existing business, traveling, and closing new business in
accordance with the the company Marketing Plan.
The IMS reports to the Sales Manager
Qualifications
o Minimum 5 years lubricant or automotive chemical sales to the installed market
o Existing installer relationships
o Highly effective communication skills
o Demonstrated closing ability
o Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements
o Ability to travel up to 50%
o Microsoft Office suite and CRM proficiency
o Assistance with collection of past-due receivables
o Clean driving record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
