National Residential Mortgage is hiring a Mortgage Marketing Director for the Scottsdale Operations Center!
I. POSITION
Summary: The Mortgage Marketing Director is responsible for the development and management of all mortgage and partner marketing initiatives including Marketing Services Agreements (MSAs) and Promotional Services Agreements (PSAs), online mortgage presence, programs, and social/emerging media venues and tactics, with direct oversight of the company's strategic mortgage marketing and communications efforts.
II. PRIMARY & ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Leads strategic implementation and deployment of customized CRM system including sales process best practices identification and integration, custom workflow automation, client service, and marketing messaging, the enhancement of operational efficiencies where available, maintenance and improvement of the system.
Leads the strategic vision for the Mortgage Marketing Department. Ensures department direction is aligned with vision and pursue opportunities to attract new business and increase brand awareness.
Develops and manages partner marketing services programs for the purposes of increasing purchase production, including the management of existing and future MSA and PSA contracts, proposed services, valuation and compliance.
Leads and manages marketing partner relationships and serves as liaison between Sales, Marketing Partner, and Legal/Compliance.
Collects and interprets research and analyses of markets, trends, competitors, products and services for use in Heartland's operational and strategic planning/decisions.
Diagnoses business problems, develops custom analytic solutions and ensures that analysis requirements and data sets are well understood.
Evaluates consistency and reliability of data, identifies potential errors and programs a variety of calculations.
Designs new utilities and programs, manipulates data and produces computer programs for reports and customized analysis.
Prepares and presents data in written report formats for the purpose of dissemination.
Provides expert advice and strategic input on all research and evaluation projects.
Manages partner accountability for services performed under MSA or PSA contracts.
Works closely with the Compliance Department to develop and manages a tracking and documentation system to support compliance with RESPA requirements.
Develops promotions aimed at engaging desirable marketing partners for MSA/PSA programs and monitors the value of existing arrangements for the purposes of modification, termination or renewal.
Develops and manages online tools, marketing asset management and reporting for PSA partnerships.
Works with sales and executive team to develop metrics and measure success of individual partnerships and overall program success.
Leads the creation of meaningful, relevant and compliant online content and monitors content for company mortgage web pages, partner and program web pages, blogging, and social media.
Manages ongoing campaigns to increase customer retention, repeats business, purchases business referrals from real estate/financial professionals and clients, and supports CRM technology.
Develops social media promotions and programs and research emerging technologies that may benefit Mortgage sales staff and increase brand awareness and/or production. Monitors and tracks programs effectiveness, compliance and relevancy.
Oversees all aspects of the department including advertising, collateral development, internal and external communications, direct marketing, email marketing, events, policies, budgets, expenses, procedures, and marketing asset management technology.
Performs other duties as assigned.
III: SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the Heartland Mortgage Marketing Department
Works with Heartland Financial's recruitment team to hire the most qualified and talented individuals to fill open positions.
Provides information and on-going feedback to department staff regarding expectations and performance.
Addresses and resolves all performance concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Works with department staff on individual professional development.
Prepares and conducts annual performance reviews. Completes and submits all forms associated with the review process to the department according to the review process deadline
IV: REQUIRED
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Marketing emphasis; or equivalent years of experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
10
years of marketing experience in related field.
Project planning and task management.
Extensive experience working closely with mortgage sales or real estate sales persons.
Strong knowledge of Adobe CS products and MS Office suite.
Experience with Internet, mobile and direct to consumer
Extensive experience researching customer needs, product offerings, and customer satisfaction
Proven acumen making business recommendations to senior leaders using statistical analysis
