Summary:
CAH Manager, LLC is seeking a Sales & Systems Trainer to act as the facilitator, teacher and training guide. This position will be responsible for the company's training and development programs, including duties such as assessing needs, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating programs. This position will be responsible for ensuring that training has been delivered properly, efficiently and successfully in a variety of formats. This position will report to the Training & Development Manager.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities: Include the following but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.
Plan, organize, develop and grow the training and development function within CAH
Significant focus on Property Management training to include Sales/Leasing, Customer Service and Standard Operating Procedures within our CAH Operating platform which includes Yardi and other propriety systems
Assess individual department needs and partner with department leaders to ensure appropriate training and development plans are in place
Assist in determining training needs of employees and coordinate training with managers
Assist with the development, maintenance and/or updating of all internal and external training documents
Utilize the creation of training role-plays, post training tests and opportunity analysis to identify areas of improvement
Assist with development of policy, procedures and guidelines for training
Act as a role model for building community, generating enthusiasm, promoting a positive outlook and problem solving within the organization
Stay knowledgeable about developments in the field of training and development and different learning styles that can be used to meet goals and objectives
Successfully implement all training within the given time frame
Participate in operations meetings and provide updates as needed
Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements and
Qualifications: To ensure performance of this job is successful, the individual fulfilling the Sales & Systems Trainer role must be able to perform each essential function and responsibility satisfactorily. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field is preferred

years training experience
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver training programs with input on instructional design, program design and training technologies
Ability to quickly learn new skills and content
Experience using Admin Systems, Yardi and CRM preferred
Familiarity with the Property Management field
Customer service oriented with knowledge of successful customer service techniques
Strong organizational, planning, project management, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize, manage projects and meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Superb accuracy and attention to detail
Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information properly
Excellent interpersonal skills, genuinely friendly and approachable with employees to help foster good working relationships oMust be able to travel up to 50% of the time within and out of the state
Working Conditions:
Typical Office Environment - no unusual exposures
Computer, keyboard, telephone, fax machine, scanner and copier, etc.
Occasional overtime work required throughout the year.
Travel may be required- up to 25%
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
