Principle Duties:
Guides, leads, communicates and educates and supports local and coop marketing efforts with Regional Developers and franchisees in a given area.
Monitors local marketing and ensures that all marketing is brand compliant with existing local standards.
Works with local clinics and co-ops to provide approval for localized messaging whether in the form of modifications of existing materials or items developed in support of the brand at a local level at the franchisees' expense.
Communicates and educates our network our programs, processes, resources, and tools.
Ensures media invoicing, media placement, and coop reconciliations are performed for the DMAs.
Works cross-functionally with operations, training, and therapist development teams to ensure cohesive plans, strategies and tactics drive results.
Provide training to Regional Developers, franchisees, managers on marketing at various times throughout the year.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing/Advertising and some field experience).
Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written) coupled with the ability to articulate clearly.
Strong strategic and planning skills.
Has a high level of leadership skills.
Strong ability to build relationships/excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of print, radio, television and internet marketing media, SEO, SEM.
Ability to think quickly and have analytical skills to understand the market and opportunities.
Well organized, detail oriented, and strong presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 20%-30% of the time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
