Quality Improvement Consultant (Scottsdale)
To implement and sustain Data Based, Scientifically proven techniques, processes and systems to move Orion Health, independently owned e-Health software company, to a World Class Organization.
To lead the continuous improvement of all Orion Health Policies, processes and systems. To be a regional representative of the Quality organization and management system.
Essential Functions:
Driving Continuous Improvement
Based on input from the teams, developing and presenting quality improvement recommendations to the GCM for approval
Utilize LSS, Kaizen and other proven scientific methods to improve products and processes
Manage Regional CAPA incidents
Developing and maintaining Orions corporate Quality Systems
Documenting work processes and checklists as appropriate
Developing checklists, as appropriate
Socializing the Quality Systems within the company
Developing training aids
Delivering Management Systems training seminars/webinars, as appropriate
Ensure continued training through use of the LMS where available
Present regular reports regarding the on-going implementation and operationalization of the Quality Systems and the progress of certification activities, as applicable
Tracking Quality Systems adherence and providing metrics to management regarding same
Developing and logging statistics regarding Quality Systems compliance
Providing feedback/dashboard tools to teams
Assisting in the satisfaction of compliance or certification audits
Supporting internal and external resources who are advising Orion Health re: compliance audits
Providing external auditors with supporting information/documentation, as appropriate
Conducting internal Audits as required/directed to ensure compliance with management systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and Black Belt Certified; desirable Master Black Belt Certified
5 years of Quality Engineering experience
Strong process improvement experience
Experience with ISO, FDA and International Quality Standards
Training skills and experience
Ability to analyse and evaluate operations data, reach logical conclusions and translate this into business focused decisions
Project management and planning skills
Measurement creation and analysis skills
Proficient understanding of quality systems
AGILE and SQL Experience preferred
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; has the ability to learn new systems quicklyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
