General Purpose: This position is a lead systems engineer for Troon Golf's corporate office. The position supports Window servers, server applications, and storage technologies. Essential Duties: Metadirectory engineering - Collaborate in design, maintenance and administration of Active Directory. Server networking infrastructure - Collaborate in design, implementation and maintenance of technologies such as AD replication, DNS, DHCP, RDP services. Server management - Collaborate in monitoring and support of hardware and operating systems on corporate servers. Server hardware engineering - Evaluate, test and integrate new server hardware. Server application support - Maintain and support server applications including accounting and messaging systems. Server storage - Install, maintain and support SAN storage and supporting network. Backup and Restore - Collaborate in Evaluation, implementation, and operation of backup systems for messaging, database, and file storage. Workstation engineering - Collaborate in evaluating, testing, and integrating workstation hardware and software standards. Workstation management - Collaborate in design and implement desktop management strategies. Technology documentation - Create and document maintenance and support procedures for servers, applications, and operating systems. Support - Provide knowledge transfer and support for third party vendors and 2nd level support within Troon staff. Performs other duties as required. Regular and reliable attendance. Education/
Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6

years experience with Microsoft Windows Server Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP services Solid understanding of desktop management and deployment strategies and technologies Solid knowledge of Active Directory Experience with Microsoft unified messaging systems Broad knowledge of server hardware, backup solutions and SAN configuration/management Knowledge of Blackberry Enterprise Server, Net SatisFAXtion, Jonas, Peachtree is a plus. Physical Demands: Must be able to manage installing rack mount computer equipment; lift up to 50lbs. Certificates/Licenses: Microsoft MCSEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
