The Social Media & Content Manager reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Partnerships. The position will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Social media:
Develop and supervise a comprehensive social media strategy and create associated editorial calendars and content for all social media accounts and brand blogs, including Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, forums, message boards, et al, for the following brands:
SuperShuttle
ExecuCar
Daily, ongoing content management and brand monitoring to track:
Brand perception
Brand health
Customer Care issues
Possible or definite media crises
Address escalated Customer Care cases online.
Compile monthly analytics reporting
Train internal staff on social media and general internet know-how.
Assist in training and daily support of Social Media CSRs for customer care response online.
Content management
Assist with creating web content for SuperShuttle and ExecuCar brands.
Ensure all policy and customer care concerns are accurately reflected on website and in booking engine.
Use blog and other social media to boost traffic to main websites/booking engines.
Assist with improving content and usability within the booking engine.
Compile monthly report to assess Google Analytics.
Other duties as required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required :
College, university, or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related subject required
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience :

years Product Marketing experience
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills that readily adapt to the intended media and/or audience.
Strong project management and coordination skills; and ability to excel in a fluid, cross-functional team environment.
A power user of Web 2.0 tools including email marketing, blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
Ability to create content, develop relationships, monitor chatter, and respond to customers via social and online channels.
Demonstrated knowledge of the latest trends, practices, programs, and applications in social media and SEM.
Experienced with Microsoft Office and social media tools. Experience with design programs a plus.
Self-motivated.
Sharp time management.
Ability to grow friends/followers/subscribers on specific social sites and expand activation plans for targeting them.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities
Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
