Intern-College Construction Management

We are seeking students for our Spring 2015 Construction Leadership Development Program. Building on the success of past and present graduates and interns, Rummel Construction, Inc. views this as a key component to its long-term growth strategy. Graduates and interns will be given immediate challenges, as they will work directly in the field with our crews and supervision. Students will receive mentoring from key members of the management and supervisory team. There are also possible cross-functional assignments available in maintenance, equipment management, estimating, and safety depending on the interest of the individual and business needs. Reliable transportation is a requirement to travel from various projects throughout the State.
Minimum Qualification :
A minimum of 2 years of satisfactorily completed coursework in civil engineering, construction management, or related field. Qualified candidates should have basic understanding and knowledge of areas of responsibility for this position.
Preferred Qualification :
Excellent math, problem solving, and relationship management skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
