Human Resources - Benefits Compliance Specialist
Urgent need for a Leave Guru to fulfill a 3-4 month temporary project. Our corporate office in Scottsdale has a number of different companies under one company umbrella which are required to have FMLA, ADA, etc. We are looking for someone who can streamline our procedures and practices, make sure everything moving forward is in compliance and be the guru of Leaves.
Qualifications:
Recently worked with FMLA, ADA, etc., with high volume occurrences
Previous work experience and knowledgeable of all Federal and State laws as they relate to FMLA, ADA, etc.
Experience with ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws.
Multi-state, multi-company experience
Any experience with workers compensation claims and laws very helpful
High level of computer skills including Excel. Working knowledge of UltiPro would be beneficial.
Able to work 40 hour workweek in the office vs. remote
Interviews next week; temporary position; $21-29/hr depending on experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
