Construction Project Coordinator 12-15 months
Job Purpose/Objective:
We are looking for a term-of-project Project Coordinator for a 12-15 month assignment in our Scottsdale office with a potential for full time post project work. The primary goal of the Project Coordinator is to support the Project Management team to ensure effective project planning, execution, and reporting for an installation project. This includes effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of all aspects of the project scope, schedule and costs. Flexible hours and on-call availability may be necessary.
Salary: $17 - $20 Per Hour

Job Functions:
Ensure effective project plan(s) are maintained, and kept up to date daily or weekly as appropriate to reflect status of project activities
Create and maintain multiple tracking reports for items such as inventory, key access, contracts, and installation status
Update status reports for Project Management team
Communicate risks/issues as they arise to the Project Management team
Recruit and manage service contractors, secure warehouse facilities and coordinate store access for contractors. Ensure effective communication with contractors, stores and warehouses
Follow-up with stores and contractors via phone and email to monitor ETA's and completions
Provide phone satisfaction surveys.
Manage invoicing process and tracking. Work with A/P and A/R to ensure smooth processing
Perform other related duties as may be required
Experience Required:
Required: 1-2 years business, project coordinator/project manager, or customer service experience
Preferred: Customer service focus, Virtual team experience, Detail oriented, Highly organized, Process focused, Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Web based databases, strong phone and email communications skills
Preferred Background: Vendor management, Business analysis, Construction, Customer Service, Warehouse management, Invoice processing
