This is a great position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, along with having excellent customer service & retention skills. As a Property Manager it is important to be a team player but to also take charge on improving all aspects of the property. Our company provides you the support & training to operate your property successfully on all levels.
REMINDER: This is a hotel conversion and will require fantastic lease-up skills!

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

Maintaining and improving revenue growth
Asses current market trends to create effective marketing
Improve leasing & retention for increase in occupancy
Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure excellent property appearance
Offer exceptional customer service
Provide accurate reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
Provide a team oriented & positive work environment for all staff members
Posses strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Implement company policies, procedures & practices


Requirements
A minimum of 1-3 years managing properties of 100
Units
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to e-verify
Must have reliable transportation of your own
Must be willing & available to work weekends
Must be able to show a good work ethic & provide 3 professional references
