Vendor Recruiter
We're a fast growing property preservation company that provides excellent customer service and we're looking to add to our team. Candidates should thrive in a dynamic environment with new equipment and technology and be comfortable communicating with a wide-range of vendors/contractors across the United States. Experience with data entry in Salesforce, MS Outlook, MapPoint, Basecamp, and other proprietary software is a plus, but not required; A positive can-do attitude is a must however.
Recruiters are responsible for:
- finding and onboarding contractors in areas of need (sourcing)
- posting ads.
- doing online research.
- making phone calls (cold and warm leads).
- managing expectations of work to be completed by external parties.
- training new contractors on our work order and mobile upload software systems.
Entry level (starting at $9.50/hr), and there is an excellent opportunity for growth.
