Job Description Position Purpose: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing products and services from the retail outlets to meet hotel guests needs in a courteous and efficient manner.
Essential Functions: -Use proper sales techniques to achieve sales goals and contribute to the profitability of assigned shop. -Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain customer appeal. -Know the features and benefits of merchandise in assigned shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings in all shops. -Follow Policies and procedures that affect inventory controls. -Maintain product knowledge of resort activities, facilities, and amenities to ensure personalized guest service. Requirements Qualifications Standards: Education: High School or equivalent education preferred.
Experience: Previous Customer Service in retail preferred. Hospitality experience preferred.
