For more information, please visit . Job Description The Sales Professional presents and involves our guests in the opportunity to become an owner of the finest vacation experience. Essential Functions Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming. Adhere to standard work hours. Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner as specified during initial meeting. Use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively. Achieve individual established performance guidelines within established time frames. Contribute to achieving overall site volume-per-guest (VPG) and closing percentages at budget levels, as set by management. Provide customer service to guests as specified in training and by direction of management. Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions. Adhere to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensing, certifications, etc. Effectively gain commitment from guests to purchase. Complete demo and assessment rides on a regular basis with team leaders and sales managers, for the purpose of providing effective coaching and motivation. Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars and training, as required. Requirements Previous sales experience is preferred. A valid Arizona Real Estate License or Timeshare License is required (or in process). Physical Requirements: Stairs are a part of the building structure; therefore, climbing stairs is mandatory. Processing of paperwork requires visual observations. Verbal communication is necessary for negotiating plans for projects. Scheduling: flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
