Associate Customer Service Representative


Summary:
This Customer Service position provides assistance to families using the MySchoolBucks.com website to make online payments to fund a child's lunch account at the school. This work involves responding to incoming inquiries both by phone and by email, providing exceptional customer service at all times. The majority of the calls and emails we receive are customers who are requesting guidance on how to navigate our website, process a payment or to assist in resolving any issues they may be having.
THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION
Job Details:
Experience working with the public in a customer service capacity.
Experience with computer web browsers and internet functionality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and the ability to type at least 30 WPM.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to deconstruct issues, take initiative and problem solve with minimal supervision.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
