Quality Assurance Analyst - Senior

Position Summary
CVS Health offers an outstanding opportunity to become a Senior Analyst on our Government Services Quality Assurance Team.
The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst fulfills the company purpose of helping people on their path to better health by driving quality execution of PBM functional area performance. You will have the opportunity to interact and consult with internal and external business partners to identify and capture key quality performance metrics with a focus on managing and controlling regulatory risk.
The Quality Assurance department is responsible for monitoring the performance of individual business operations within the PBM that support all Government market segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Exchanges and the Health Insurance Marketplace). QA evaluates functional area performance using various techniques, standards and methodologies to validate compliance with government regulations and internal processes and procedures. The role of QA in the organization is to identify emerging issues, monitor the effectiveness of controls and processes, and assist in developing process controls in partnership with the business to improve outcomes.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will:
Identify quality measures currently captured by Operational Business Unit to include verifying and validating the collection and reporting of these measures
Establishing mechanism for routine collection of operational data for reporting and analysis
Assess existing QA programs adequacy at identifying and capturing risks
Propose recommendations to enhance the design and structure of existing monitoring program
Lead project initiatives to implement new programs or modifications to existing programs in quality database in collaboration with Operational and Technical Quality Teams,
Design and develop dashboards and reporting that deliver meaningful and accurate conclusions from the
monitoring efforts
Collect, aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to facilitate identification of trends, interdependencies and root causes

Preferred Qualifications
Prior role in audit, compliance or process improvement
Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to
understand and solve new problems
Ability to demonstrate a high level of independent judgment and initiative
Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and influence peers and operational
partners
Required Qualifications
3
years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access
2
years of experience with Experience in developing reporting, aggregating data and providing key insights
through metrics
1
years of Experience in leading peer team projects using basic project
management techniques
