Junior Salesforce Administrator

The JR. Salesforce Administrator will provide operational support and guidance to the company's internal users. This role is responsible for performing a wide variety of Salesforce management tasks.

They will work with internal clients to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the Salesforce infrastructure. The position requires candidates to have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.

Essential Duties:

Daily administration and support of SFDC system create users, monitor cases)

Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (manage roles and profiles, define/create fields, update layouts, report/dashboard creation)

SFDC reporting and dashboard support,

Respond to support queries, resolving issues directly where possible and escalating to the SFDC technical team where necessary

Log and track identified system problems through resolution

Help determine new requirements from user feedback and funnel into technical support team

Support SFDC enhancement testing and rollout

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement

Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
