Position Summary
The Retail Market CFO team is a newly established, hybrid Finance and Operational group supporting Senior Field Leaders across the organization. This position delivers strategic financial and operational support by identifying trends, business changes, risks, and opportunities to drive improved business performance. Key responsibilities include driving top-line growth, controlling expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with all levels of field leadership to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new processes and reporting tools to support organizational goals.
Communicate strategic financial analysis and insights to enable executive-level decision-making.
Partner with and challenge key retail field operators to drive results.
Provide in-depth P&L analysis, including variance, trend, and profitability analysis to uncover improvement areas, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights, guidance, and recommendations to senior management.
Present monthly P&L and R&O reviews to Senior Leadership.
Streamline and improve weekly and monthly processes to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Support the Director with all weekly and monthly workflow activities.
Manage operational aspects of the team, implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications

years of finance experience.
3
years of financial planning and analysis experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, supporting).
Strong business intelligence capabilities.
Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills.

Education
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
