For Sale at Auction: 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 in Scottsdale, Arizona for sale in Scottsdale, AZ

1 of 11
Vehicle Description This Boss 302 was purchased brand-new by the original owner on May 5, 1970, at McFadden Ford in Jamestown, NY.
This well-optioned car was ordered from the factory with a rear deck spoiler, 4-speed close-ratio manual transmission, Traction-Lok differential, belted tires with raised white letters, sport seats, sport deck rear seat and an AM/8-track stereo radio.
The first owner kept the car for 24 years before selling it in 1994 to the second owner, who also lived in New York and who received the original owner warranty identification card and a few copies of registrations from 1978 and 1979, which are both included.
He enjoyed the car for many years and then decided to do a complete restoration to high show-quality standards using mostly original and NOS parts.
Prior to the restoration two original Build Sheets and the original factory trim inspection card were found in excellent condition and are included with the car.
A great deal of time was invested into making everything as correct as possible.
All of the factory markings and stickers were replaced throughout.
The car retains its beautiful original color combination of Lime Metallic with a black interior.
During the restoration the decision was made to paint the undercarriage the same color as the body to enhance the appeal.
The car also retains all the original sheet metal and rear end.
Powering this Boss is its original 302ci engine and original 4-speed manual close-ratio transmission, which have both been professionally rebuilt.
Since completion of the restoration the car has been shown at many prestigious events and earned many awards, including multiple concours trailered Gold Awards from the Mustang Club of America.
The Marti Auto Works Elite Report, reproduction Window Sticker, MCA judging sheets, display cards and original factory brochure are included.
