A complete professional restoration was completed on the chassis and the drivetrain, during which they were rebuilt.
This southern California Packard has had the same two owners for the last 48 years.
This Packard is loaded with options and was way ahead of the times in 1940 with its dual side-mount spare tires, power convertible top, leather interior, oversized powerplant, suicide swivel hood and traveler's rear luggage rack.
The chrome, brightwork and stainless have all been restored or refinished as well.
