Vehicle Description This steel-bodied half-ton Porsche Indian Red 1934 Ford pickup with a 4-inch top chop began as a trade truck in 1983.
After the build it was in featured in several magazines, including Rod Action and a 1983 cover feature in Street Rodding.
It's powered by a 302ci Ford V8 engine equipped with a Holley carburetor, Cobra air cleaner and valve covers, Ford exhaust manifolds with custom exhaust and a custom-built '34 Ford radiator.
The engine is paired to a C4 automatic transmission.
The truck features stock front and rear bumpers, as well as '32 Ford cowl lights that now function as turn signals.
It's equipped with a Super Bell 4-inch dropped tube axle with Ford spindles and matching kingpins, Super Bell brake kit with front disc brakes, Mustang master cylinder and steering, Pete and Jake 4-bar and chrome shock kit, and a '66 Ford rear end with a custom mounting kit for a pair of leaf springs.
The interior is clean with updated brown two-tone updated, stock dashboard with wood-grain treatment, Stewart-Warner Stage III gauges, Pioneer stereo, tilt and telescoping steering column with Grant wheel, and air conditioning.
The truck rides on Ridler wheels and Firestone radial tires for an updated look and ride.
