For Sale at Auction: 1966 Ford Mustang in Scottsdale, Arizona for sale in Scottsdale, AZ

1 of 1
Vehicle Description A full-on Pro-Touring build with modern technologies and great construction quality, this 1966 Mustang fastback is a total professional restoration and build with exceptional fit and finish throughout, plus a myriad of select upgrades.
The Mustang's body retains its iconic looks with choice enhancements by Campbell Auto Restoration of Campbell, CA, including the addition of a GT350 R-model competition front apron, rear bumper, and a scooped GT350 hood, side ducts, and quarter-windows.
A custom roll bar was installed by Blu 808 of San Jose, CA, and the body was prepped and painted by Fleet Auto and Truck Body in rich DuPont Maserati Silver.
The Mustang stays true to its heritage with a 406ci Ford small-block V8 engine, breathing deeply through a Holley EFI system and Borla cross-ram intake manifold, AFR aluminum cylinder heads and Kook's headers.
Power is sent to the pavement through a TREMEC T56 6-speed manual transmission to a Traction-Lok Ford 9-inch rear end, punishing a set of Bridgestone extreme-performance RE-71R tires surrounding Budnik Pivot wheels featuring coated centers and brushed barrels.
Race-inspired underpinnings include a TCI front suspension system and JRi coilover shocks up front and a rear Maier Racing rocker-arm system, with Eibach springs and Wilwood disc brakes all around.
The Mustang's interior is totally updated to match the rest of the vehicle, including custom aluminum panels built and covered in black leather by Campbell Auto Restoration, plus leather-trimmed RECARO Expert M front seats.
The custom dash houses Classic Instruments Auto X gauges and a MOMO steering wheel on an Ididit column, Vintage Air and a remote stereo round out the Mustang's luxurious, yet businesslike interior.
A great build on every level with iconic original styling well preserved, this Pro-Touring 1966 Ford Mustang has not yet been shown.
