Vehicle Description Nicknamed The Godfather, this Resto-Mod 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS underwent an extensive one-of-a-kind Pro-Touring restoration.
The car is power-packed with a 427ci L88 V8 big-block GM crate engine supported with a ground-pounding custom performance built heavy-duty 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.
This Camaro is equipped with a custom Borla 8-stack throttle body, fuel injection controlled by Holley Terminator X engine management, power steering, 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes and a custom dual MagnaFlow 3-inch exhaust.
The chassis was completely custom-built to high-performance Pro-Touring specifications featuring Scott's Hotrod independent front suspension, dropped spindles, tubular A-arms, Aldan American coilover height adjustable shocks and Scott's Hotrod 4-bar rear suspension and subframe connectors, all riding on custom Budnik Pivot billet aluminum wheels.
Finished in custom Bowtie Tuxedo Black with an RS stripe, the body was also completely custom-fabricated, including an RS custom hideaway headlight grille, a full custom metal cowl hood, one-off hand-tooled engine bay with metal firewall panels, blended drip rails, integrated rearview mirrors, custom body-blended rear spoiler and Billet Dapper Lighting LED sequential rear taillights.
The full custom Ferrari-inspired Italian Tangier Connolly Autoflux leather interior with Wilton wool carpeting features Vintage Gen IV Magnum air conditioning, VHX analog/digital gauge cluster system, Nu-Relic power windows, Kenwood DNX stereo with Bluetooth, XM and Sirius Satellite, as well as navigation.
