Vehicle Description The original owners of this 1978 Ford F250 Ranger package pickup truck sold it in May of 2021 to the current owners.
This is a mostly original truck.
The odometer on the truck reads 41,557 miles and is believed to be original but the current title does read exempt.
The truck was sold new from Bill Hellman Motor Co.
of Delta, Colorado to a local nursery called Flowers Farm in Montrose, Colorado and was used as a work truck on the nursery grounds.
This 1978 F250 comes with its original numbers-matching engine and transmission.
The factory 400ci V8 is paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission.
There is a complete Deluxe Marti Report accompanying the sale which documents the truck from new.
The Marti report indicates this is 1 of only 5 trucks that had the Cinnamon Glow paint with Medium Copper lower Deluxe two-tone paint scheme.
Also, this is the one and only truck in 1978 to have the mentioned paint and Saddle Knit Vinyl Ranger bench seat.
The truck does have working factory air conditioning and heat, sliding rear window, and tool stowage box in the bed.
It is noted that there has been some paint corrections and touch ups.
The original racetrack moldings are on the truck as well.
The original wheels and hubcaps are currently on the truck and the new tires were put on less than 25 miles ago.
As for the interior of the truck, it just had a new OEM seat cover installed.
